Julie Frost is a nationally renowned aesthetic cosmetic specialist, the #1 Sculptra injector in Idaho, and the Founder and Medical Director of PURE Medical Spa and PURE Vitality & Wellness. Under her leadership, the PURE brand has expanded to three locations across Idaho: Boise, Sun Valley, and Coeur d’Alene, setting a standard for clinical excellence, hormonal health, and patient transformation.

With a background in high-acuity medical care as a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 1996, Julie combines clinical expertise with a strong aesthetic eye. She is a U.S. Army veteran who served 10 years on active duty, bringing a disciplined approach to safety and detail that defines the PURE experience.

Julie prioritizes continuous growth. She is a Galderma GAIN Business Educator, a member of the GEN NOW faculty, and a Key Opinion Leader for leading industry companies. She is known as a trainer of trainers and travels nationwide to mentor practitioners, helping them shift from transactional services to trusted patient relationships.

She also teaches operational strategy, entrepreneurship, and business scaling. She shares clear frameworks for building high-performing teams and growing multi-location practices without compromising patient experience. Her work connects clinical excellence with strong business execution.

Outside of her professional work, Julie lives in Idaho with her family. She is a mother of three and spends time outdoors with her husband, Steve. She enjoys fly-fishing, white-water rafting, camping, golfing, and skiing, and lives the lifestyle she promotes to her patients and peers.
