Izhak Musli is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and thought leader with over 15 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including Software as a Service (SaaS). He specializes in business processes, operational excellence, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and growth. A recognized national speaker and expert in data analytics, Izhak has a deep understanding of practice management, having worked with aesthetic practices since 2015.

Izhak is the Founder & CEO of Get Kudos, a Customer Retention Platform launched in early 2025, designed to help in-person businesses optimize customer engagement, drive repeat visits, and maximize referral opportunities.

Previously, he co-founded and developed multiple software solutions for the aesthetic industry, including:

• AtlasKPI – the industry’s first business intelligence dashboard (Acquired)
• MedicalPRM – a digital lead management tool (Acquired)

In 2019, Izhak joined Symplast, an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management Software, as Chief Revenue Officer, where he led business development and growth initiatives. In 2021, he became Co-CEO of APX Platform, a business intelligence and training solution for aesthetic practices. Under his leadership, APX Platform successfully merged with Engage Technologies Group (now Clarity) to create a comprehensive Practice Performance System.

After concluding his tenure as Senior Vice President, Product Development and Data Science at Clarity at the end of 2024, Izhak shifted his focus to launching Get Kudos and expanding his strategic advisory work.
