Dr. Francesca Lewis is a board-certified dermatologist and Florida native known for her expertise in cosmetic dermatology and integrative skin health. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and attended Emory University School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

She completed her internship and dermatology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she served as Chief Resident. Since 2014, she has practiced in Palm Beach County and, in 2016, founded Delray Dermatology + Cosmetic Center, now a leading comprehensive dermatology and aesthetic practice. The practice is recognized as an Allergan Top 250 account and a Galderma top 1% account nationally.

Dr. Lewis is a nationally recognized injector and trainer known for natural, balanced results. She serves as an AMI Trainer for Allergan Aesthetics and a GAIN Trainer for Galderma, training physicians across the country on advanced, safety-focused techniques for Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra.

She has completed the Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program, where she learned to combine lifestyle-based approaches with evidence-based care. She has also pursued advanced training in functional medicine and peptide therapeutics.

Her interest in integrative care began after a personal health challenge that changed how she approaches medicine. She focuses on treating the root cause by addressing the skin in the context of the whole body, including the nervous system, environmental factors, and internal physiology. Today, she applies this approach through personalized, long-term care strategies for her patients.
